“If human beings are perceived as potentials rather than problems, as possessing strengths instead of weakness, as unlimited rather than dull and unresponsive, then they thrive and grow to their capabilities.”
– Bob Conklin

Sea Biscuit was an undersized, knobby-kneed Thoroughbred who was given to long periods of sleeping and eating. Sea Biscuit was misunderstood and underestimated by his trainers who judged him to be a poor performer with no race potential. With skillful training, however, Sea Biscuit was able to actualize his authentic potential, and though he later sustained a serious injury that threatened his racing career, he miraculously recovered and continued to win big. He went on to become a champion, even being voted the 1938 American Horse of the Year. He became a powerful symbol of hope to many Americans suffering during the Great Depression.
The Sea Biscuit package is designed to be affordable while also skillfully restoring hope, cooperation and renewed potential to your office team. This package includes:
($250 per team member, $3,200 minimum for teams of 10 and under)
Secretariat was a large Thoroughbred with an oversized heart (both physically and emotionally). His breeders dismissed him prior to his birth due to their concerns about his genetic potential. Strangely, it was his genetically large heart (2 and 3/4 times larger than an average horse heart) that enabled him to be the 9th Triple Crown winner in 25 years. He was honored as American Horse of the Year as a three year old, and ESPN voted him 35th in the 100 best athletes of the 20th century. His successes enabled his owner to restore her family's failing horse breeding farm.
The Secretariat package includes all of the features of the Sea Biscuit package and adds additional services designed to activate and potentiate the inherent strengths of your team restoring ” heart “to your daily office environment.
($600 per team member, $6,600 minimum for teams of 10 and under)
The young son of a farmer convinces his father to buy, Joey, a Thoroughbred, to plough the stony hillside of the family's farm so a turnip crop could be sown to make enough money to avoid eviction. As their relationship grows, the boy comes to believe in the horse's strength and courage. After a rainstorm destroys the family’s ploughed turnip field, Joey is sold to a World War I cavalry officer to pay the farm's rent. Against all odds, Joey survives years of hard service in the German army and finally escapes, running into "no-man's land", where he avoids bombs and bullets and is entangled in barbed wire. He is rescued by the cooperative efforts of the otherwise conflicted German and British soldiers who worked side by side to free him. He is later reunited with the young son and returns home to the family farm.
War Horse is our premier package. Comprehensive and thorough, the War Horse package includes all of the features of the Sea Biscuit and Secretariat packages and adds additional services designed to release and enhance the strength and potential of your business that is ensnared in the “barbed wire” of conflict and misunderstanding. This package is also crafted to create collaboration and trust where there once was conflict and suspicion, establish mutual goals, fine tune leadership strengths, increase cooperation between office leadership and staff, and restore cohesiveness, appreciation and vitality returning your collective energies “home” to your core purpose.
